How Our Fees Work
Three simple steps to understand your investment in finding the perfect property.
Setup & First Month Included
One-off setup fee.
- Covers onboarding, search brief and the first month of active searching
- Paid before we begin your search
Ongoing Monthly Retainer
Starting from month two.
- Paid automatically by Direct Debit (GoCardless)
- Fully deducted from your final success fee
- You can pause or stop anytime
Success Fee
Fixed fee when you complete a successful purchase.
- Every setup/retainer payment already made is deducted
- If there's no completion, there's no success fee

Even if your search takes 6 months, you still only pay £2,995 in total.
This structure keeps things fair — your payments are spread over time and you only pay the full amount once we deliver.
Pricing FAQs
Can I pause my search?
Yes. You can pause or stop your monthly retainer at any time. If you decide to resume later, we'll pick up where we left off.
What if I don't find a property?
If you don't complete a purchase, you won't pay the success fee. You'll only have paid the setup fee and any monthly retainers during your active search period.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The fees shown are all you'll pay. There are no percentage-based charges, no commission on the property price, and no surprise extras.
How do I pay the monthly retainer?
We use GoCardless for Direct Debit payments. It's secure, automatic, and you can cancel anytime through your GoCardless dashboard.
What happens after six months?
If your search extends beyond six months, we can discuss renewing the agreement to continue your property search.
